Itinerary Details
Day 1: Delhi – Haridwar
The tour begins with your arrival at the Delhi Railway Station, drive up to Haridwar, on the way, stop for lunch. On reaching Haridwar, check in at the hotel and take some rest. After washing up, visit the famous Ghat, Har Ki Pauri on the banks of the Ganges. Attend the evening in the evening, performed with enthusiasm great veneration. Later, return back to the hotel, enjoy the dinner and stay overnight there.
Day 2: Haridwar – Joshimath
In the morning, breakfast will be served and right after the meal, head up towards Joshimath. It is a small hill station and a famous pilgrimage center. On the way up to Joshimath, visit Deoprayag, Rudraprayag and Karnprayag, all these sites lie at the confluence of the Alaknanda River. On arrival at Joshimath, check in the hotel and leave for local sightseeing. Later, stay over in the hotel.
Day 3: Joshimath – Govindghat – Ghangaria
In the morning, after breakfast, drive to a small town, Govindghat. From this point, your trek begins, to a small village of Ghangaria. It lies in the Bhyundar valley, on the way to Hemkund Sahib. On reaching Ghangaria, check in at the hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 4: Ghangaria – Hemkund Sahib – Ghangaria
In the morning, start your trek to Hemkund Sahib, it is a revered Sikh place that attracts a wide number of pilgrims. After the visit, return back to Ghangaria and stay overnight in the hotel.
Day 5: Ghangaria – Valley of flowers – Ghangaria
In the morning, leave for the valley of flowers. The site is known for its meadows, filled with varied species of flowers and other vegetations. It is home to several rare animals like the musk deer, blue sheep, brown bear and more. The variety of butterflies, lightens up the whole area. After this breathtaking experience, return back to Ghangaria for an overnight stay.
Day 6: Ghangaria – Govindghat – Rudraprayag
Start the morning with a trek from Ghangaria to Govindghat, covering the distance of 13 km. Drive to Rudraprayag from Govindghat and check in the hotel on your arrival. Stay over for the night at the hotel in Rudraprayag.
Day 7: Rudraprayag – Rishikesh – Haridwar
In the morning, head towards Rishikesh and enjoy the local sightseeing and temple tour. Later drive to Haridwar and check in the hotel and stay over for the night.
Day 8: Haridwar- Delhi
In the morning, go out for the local sightseeing and temples tour. Later drive to Delhi and further get transferred to your respected railway stations and airports.
